Privacy
This site collects nothing, so there is not much to describe.
What this site collects about you
Nothing. There is no account, no form and no list to join. Your answers to the three questions are used to choose five books and are never stored — close the tab and there is nothing left anywhere.
Because nothing is stored, there is nothing to ask us for, nothing to correct and nothing to delete.
Cookies
This site sets none, of any kind. That is why there is no banner asking you to accept them.
When you change the country at the bottom of a page, your choice is carried in the web address rather than saved on your device. That is why a link you share shows the same shops you were seeing.
Visitor numbers
We count visits using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not identify anyone and does not follow you between sites. We see how many people came and which pages they read, and nothing about who they are.
Book covers come from somewhere else
The cover images are loaded directly from Open Library rather than copied onto this site. That means your browser makes a request to their servers, and like any web server theirs can see the address it came from. We do not receive that information and we do not store it. Open Library is run by the Internet Archive and has its own privacy policy.
If you follow a buy link
You leave this site and arrive at the shop, which is then in charge of your visit and has its own privacy policy. The links carry no tracking from us — there is nothing on the end of them that tells anyone you came from here.
Hosting
The pages are served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, their network has to see the address your request came from in order to send the page back. We do not receive that address and we do not store it.
If you email us
The address on this site — info@littlebookmatch.com — is an ordinary mailbox. Write to us and we will have your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply. We do not sell it, we do not share it and we do not add you to anything.
Changes to this page
If any of the above stops being true, this page changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting something and leave this page describing a site that no longer exists.
